We had a great visit, the suite was in a great location. We had an opportunity to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The place was nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

The listing proudly stated "NO HIDDEN FEES"—yet nowhere did it mention parking costs 25/day. For my twomonth stay, that's 1,500 CAD in unexpected costs discovered upon arrival.Worse, Whistler prohibits street parking until March 31st due to snow removal. I had no choice but to pay or risk being towed.When I confronted the host, I was gaslighted. They claimed the info was on their private "guest portal"—a third-party platform separate from VRBO. I even specifically asked about parking in February; they mentioned EV charging but conveniently omitted the 25/day fee. I received minor compensation, but it was a fraction of the actual costs incurred.The condo is well-equipped, but: the ground-floor location means no privacy with windows facing the main entrance. The bedroom is next to the stairwell—every morning I woke to ski boots clomping. The pool is too cold (80F) for winter use, and the glass-domed hot tub is loud and awkward with strangers.Advertising "NO HIDDEN FEES" while hiding 25/day parking is dishonest. Would not book again.

Great place and location. Free bus right outside which was necessary because of lack of snow on ski in/ski out trails. 5 minutes by bus to bottom of blackcomb and whistler. Place was well equipped with everything you needed and communication with host was excellent. 10 minute walk to the village. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, convenient and has everything needed for a great visit. Would definitely book again.

It was about 10-15 minutes walking distance to Whistler Village. The option to get the free bus to and from the Village was a great asset too after walking a great distance in the day. Even though it rained nothing can stop the beauty of Whistler and Fall colours.
