the room is much older than the photos. it was relatively clean but there is a pervasive musty smell Positive: good location Negative: very very musty moldy smell. the actual facility/ room was clean but the smell made it hard to feel clean

The property looks old, dingy and almost scary from the outside. Think old motel where you walk up to your room from the outside. The stairs were steep, dirty and not well maintained. If you have mobility issues it is a no go. They own several properties and we thought (mistakenly) we had rented a different one which looked new and modern from the outside. The inside was newly renovated and furnished nicely for a small space. The bathroom door did not close all the way. It was very clean and had what you would need for a short stay.

Great location, at the quiet end of the strip right across from the lake and a few minutes walk to all restaurants. The condo is clean and well equipped, bed and pillows were comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need. Be aware that the VRBO listing is incorrect... there is no view of the lake or mountains from the condo, the patio/balcony is not private, and there is no dishwasher. The condo faces the inner courtyard of the building, and the patio is part of the common walkway. The owner said he wasn't aware and would have VRBO correct the listing. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
