Retiro en el lago Harrison | Suite tipo estudio

The property is located right across from the lagoon, which is an excellent place. I liked that it wasn't right in the centre of town, and was, therefore, somewhat quieter than downtown. The room was clean. I didn't see any staff, but I was happy with any questions I had re visitor parking. The kitchen was more than adequate, with coffee, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator. If I had known there were beach chairs available I wouldn't have taken our own. I found the outside a little rough around the edges, when comparing it to the newer buildings right next door. It is starting to show its age, but this was not that important to our stay. I would've liked to see the stairwells cleaner, as well as cobwebs vacuumed off the outside light fixtures. I also would've preferred to have had a chest of drawers in the room instead of the "game machine" which was of no use to us as seniors. All in all, I was very happy with the place, and I would go again.

This studio suite is large and very well laid out, making maximum use of available space. It looks like it was recently redecorated. All appliances worked well, the kitchen was well-stocked. It didn’t take me long at all to feel right at home! If mobility is an issue, be advised the suite is on the 2nd floor. Lots of available parking. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a small family Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make small meals and save money on eating out. The fridge was also huge. Bathrooms had plenty of clean bath towels and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Bed was comfortable and my daughter slept comfortably on the sofa bed. It was cold and windy during our stay so we had to stay inside more than we anticipated so I’m glad we had a spacious comfortable place for board games and movies. There were also plenty of board games and the retro arcade was a nice touch. Negative: The exterior of the building is old and bit run down. But wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

Exactly as you hope it is! Bright, open and very clean. A woman named Carol is the cleaner and she is absolutely lovely and was incredibly helpful and knows everything about the town. The place is wonderful and I’m looking forward to going back.
