Suite tipo estudio playera de 2 dormitorios, balcón y a 4 minutos del lago

The unit itself was clean and well stocked for the short stay we had. Although it had a balcony, the deck would benefit from a power washing as it was quite dirty. The building the unit is located in is old and has some very strong cooking odors from other unit but tolerable. The location of the building, it's proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping is excellent. Overall, had an okay stay.

Great location, very clean & had amenities needed. Roomie place for 4, and loved the balcony! Short walk to the beach & lots of food & shopping options. Was disappointed as they advertised as having laundry. Upon arriving, we learned it was coin laundry & shared. So perhaps updating the listing to be more specific (shared & coin) laundry would be helpful.

The studio was excellent value. Just a few minutes walk from the lake with many resturants nearby. It was well equipped and the host responded very quickly whan needed.

Enjoyed staying here. Very spacious and close to the beach.

Vacation stay near the beach Positive: Location is excellent. 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ideal place to stay, comfortable and close to everything. Host was super friendly and building was pretty quiet. Would stay here again. Negative: The main room overhead light and lamp did not work so there was little lighting. No outlets in the bathroom which made getting ready a little more complicated but we figured it out. Kitchen frying pan has scratches through the Teflon so it needs to be replaced and could not be used.
