Positive: Great location, cute and cozy
Negative: We were unable to get into the building for so long. There is no reception, or buzz code and no information for us to contact on the booking. Someone coming out of the building let us in and it was easy from there the instructions were clear and easy after that.

Room was clean and tidy, building a bit older but fine for a ski lodge. Good amenities, cooking facilities and utensils. Hot tub and sauna were fantastic. True ski in and out.

Fantastic place to stay at the heart of Big White! We were in the center of it all! Ski in and ski out access, steps to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, ticket booths, and gondola! The communication with the property management was great and prompt! The building is a little older but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub and sauna amenities! Great stay for the weekend! Thank you!
