Good price for the location. Positive: The location of the place is really amazing. I also like that the building is concrete. Coffee & tea are available. Bathroom is clean and refreshing. Negative: For some reason, the room was a bit warm. Not sure why. Also, not enough space for the sofa bed. Maybe opt for a small dining table? Maybe a side table instead of the big round coffee table. Just a suggestion coz i actually like the layout of the room.

Positive: Despite the dilapidated exterior of the building (think worst house on the best street), Conner has gone out of his way to make a well appointed, tidy and comfortable lodging experience. We were completely happy with the room.
