Storm Bay | Family Home with Hot Tub & Inlet View

Very clean, the house is has everything you could need for a stay.

We had a lovely stay in this cabin in Ucluelet - thanks very much for hosting us.The living and kitchen area was spacious and great for our family to hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable.Just a couple of things:- the tumble dryer didn’t really work at all and had to be reset every ten minutes. The owner was unable to provide a fix during our five night stay. - there is a flat underneath this cabin which is not clear from the listing. It didn’t affect our stay however. - the upper bunk is really only suitable for a small child because the ladder emerges at an area where the roof slopes downwards.Ucluelet was a brilliant place to stay and the cabin was perfect for the lighthouse trail and various beaches. We also loved surfing, sea kayaking and some of the wildlife tours. We very much hope to return.

We came, we fished, we had a good time. Positive: The place came as advertised, nice quiet location and clean. Loved the hot tub and shower. Having coffee at hand, some other sundries and lots of kitchen instruments was much appreciated. Attentive and responsive host. Negative: In the shared room the lower bunk mattress could use replacement. The other bed in the room is very squeaky. No cable tv option was a surprise. And not your fault but the extra tax makes a four night stay close to $5k!

Everything was exactly as the listing showed!! Very nice property.

Spotlessly clean modern cabin with wonderful view from the deck (and from the hot tub) of the inlet and all the way to the mouth of a bay. Kitchen, open to living and dining room, is well appointed with everything needed. Bed rooms are spacious with comfy beds and nice views. Eagles, chickadees, creepers, crows and other birds were entertaining. A steep walk to the inlet at low tide is magical — revealing seas stars, all kinds of shell fish, plants, etc. plenty of cabins in the enclave and close together but noise was never an issue. The setting was decidedly quiet and calm and lushly beautiful. Walking to the (incredible) pacific trail took just a couple minutes.
